Linda Ndungu

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Linda is a Kenya-based operator and strategist with experience leading and scaling businesses and programs across East Africa. She most recently served as Country Manager for Bolt’s ride-hailing business in Kenya, leading operations across more than ten cities. Previously, she spent nine years at Deloitte and Instiglio working across strategy, operations, and program implementation, with earlier experience at Coca-Cola. Her work has spanned program design, implementation, results-based financing, and systems strengthening.

Her decision to co-found Whole Family Collective builds on this experience and a strong conviction that children with developmental delays and disabilities are more likely to thrive when their caregivers have the knowledge, confidence, relationships, and support they need. Having seen how difficult it can be for families to navigate fragmented services and access practical support, particularly for caregivers raising children on their own, she is deeply committed to helping close these gaps.

Linda holds a B.Com in Marketing from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).

Krystal Erickson

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Krystal is a U.S.-based founder, operator, and strategist with more than a decade of experience across healthcare, technology, startups, and professional services. She has held roles at Samsung, Oracle, and early-stage startups, spanning strategy, product, business development, and communications. Prior to co-founding Whole Family Collective, she co-founded an AI healthcare startup through Techstars AI Health.

Her decision to co-found Whole Family Collective is deeply personal. Growing up alongside her younger brother, Calvin, who has profound non-verbal autism, shaped her conviction that caregivers need dedicated support alongside their children. Through years of community work and experience navigating disability within her own family, she has come to believe that while circumstances differ, caregivers everywhere share a fundamental need: to be seen, heard, and supported through every stage of raising a child.

Krystal holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Product Design Engineering from Stanford University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Imperial College London.
